William Foster

William Foster was born about 1746. He married Susannah Spring at Wrawby, Lincolnshire in 1774.Their daughter Jane was born at Wrawby about 1778.

Jane Foster

Jane Foster was born about 1778 at Wrawby in Lincolnshire. Her parents were William Foster and Susannah Spring, who had married there in 1774.
Jane married John Sergeant at Wrawby in 1799. They had eleven children that we know of, the eldest being our ancestor, William Foster Sergeant, born in 1800.
Jane died in 1838, aged 60 and was buried at Melton Ross with her husband.
